Oh, we have forgotten things in the rooms and called a day or 2 later and security has them and we ask for them to hold on to them and we will be back next month and then ask for them to send our items up when we arrive. They have a great casino and usually always come home with money but we come home with the idea of looking forward to our next stay here. Very spacious, comfortable bed, perfect view and huge bathroom. We usually stay in a regular King Room but this last time we stayed in the grand suite. The restaurants are the best in service and the food they serve, the rooms are always clean and consistent with upgrades to the rooms. They always are interested in making your stay the best! With Harrahs, Pechanga & Valley View (Yuck!) near by, there is no where we would rather stay then here. The staff (many have been employed since they opened) really seems to care. Located one-hour drive away from San Diego and two hours from LA, Pala Casino has been a frequent destination for both the residents of America’s Finest City and the City of Angels.
